11 - GEAR SELECTOR

Only for MI 50L D ST3B S2

MI 60 D ST3B S2
MI 70 D ST3B S2

Using the switch, select the automatic or manual mode.

Using the selector, choose the speed of movement.

The selected mode is displayed on the dashboard screen.

IMPORTANT

Adapt the speed of movement to the use, the working environment and the site regulations.

A - AUTOMATIC MODE

Gears are changed automatically up to the selected speed.

• 1 - slow speed
• 2 - intermediate speed
• 3 - fast speed

M - MANUAL MODE

Movement of the lift truck only uses the selected speed.

• 1 - slow speed
• 2 - intermediate speed
• 3 - fast speed

12 - ACCELERATOR PEDAL

13 - SERVICE BRAKE AND TRANSMISSION CUT-OFF PEDALS

Foot pedal A acts on the front wheels by means of a hydraulic brake system, to slow
down and stop the lift truck.

Foot pedal B gradually cuts off the transmission before acting on the front wheels by
means of a hydraulic brake system to slow down and stop the lift truck.

NOTE: In order to stop the lift truck with forward or reverse gear engaged, keep foot

pedal A or B depressed.

IMPORTANT

Prolonged use of the service brake and transmission cut off pedals causes overheating and can damage the

transmission.

14 - PARKING BRAKE LEVER

To prevent accidental loosening or release, the lever is fitted with safety locking.

- To apply the parking brake, depress the service brake pedal and pull the lever

backwards (position A).

- To loosen the parking brake, press button 1 and push the lever forwards (position B).

- Before moving, depress the brake pedal for a few seconds.

NOTE: If the parking brake is released when the driver is not present, an intermittent

audible signal is sounded.
