Each dialogue within the Zetasizer software has a

Help

button that gives

information specific to that dialogue. A secondary type of help exists within the
dialogue; this is the

Advice

button and contains more sample related content.

Help desk

All queries regarding the system should initially be directed to the local Malvern
representative. Please quote the following information:

Model and serial number of the instrument (located on the rear panel and
the front of the cuvette holder).

The build option fitted: a smaller label attached alongside the model and
serial number labels identifies any options fitted.
