D1 Requirements for equipment room environment
D1.1 Architectural requirements for equipment room
It is recommended to use the ESD floor for the equipment room, to avoid dusting.
Generally, the raised ESD floor is required to be laid. The floor blocks shall be tightly
and solidly laid, with horizontal error of each square meter of no more than 2mm. When
raised floor is unavailable, the static-conducting flooring (volume resistivity shall be
