Kleiss MCS7-2PVC System Manual

Unlock the chute assembly by operating the 

orange chute lock and slide the chute assembly 

upward completely retracting the chute into the 

chute assembly and out of the pipeline.

NOTE: Keep control of the chute assembly.

Lock the chute assembly by operating the orange 

chute lock.

Close the slide gate valve.

Open the by-pass / vent port in order to evacuate 

the stopping tool.

Remove the stopping tool from the chute adapter.

When doing this, make certain the valve doesn’t 

inadvertently turn.
