Kleiss MCS7-2PVC System Manual

For proper MDS Stopper insertion into the 

pipeline, use Kleiss silicon spray to lubricate the 

stopper. (Do not use spray from local builder 

merchants as they make the stopper to slippery 

and may contain solvents.)

  

Spray the back of the stopper at the conical 

connection.

Spray the front of the stopper around the nose.

Do NOT spray the body of the stopper.

Using the gauge rod, pull the stopper connection 

as far as possible into the tower.

Lock the gauge rod by operating the black thumb 

screw.

Using the same Kleiss silicon spray you used 

on the stopper, lightly spray the open end of the 

chute.
