Select Video Input:
Factory startup,
Analog
•
SDI 601
Selects the serial digital input. Since the SDI signal has no color framing information,
REF IN /CPST 2 can also be selected as the phase lock source for the analog
Composite output.
Caution: Both SDI-601 and REF/CPST 2 inputs must be line-locked to each other
.

Analog
Selects the video input in the format selected for the Video Input.
•
CPST 2
Selects the REF IN / CPST2 Composite signal as the Video Input.
•
None
No input video. Select internal clock or REF IN signal as genlock source for the
graphics to video output. This is a pure scan conversion mode.
NOTE:
1.
Both SDI and analog (in selected format) outputs are available simultaneously.
2.
REF IN genlock mode is available only when Video Input None or SDI 601 input is
selected and is not available in all analog input modes.
Select Genlock Source: Genlock source for SDI and analog outputs.

Input Video - Default when analog video input is selected. Selectable for SDI input.
•
Internal Clock – Selectable when Video Input – None is selected.
NOTE
:
Loss of input video will automatically switch to internal clock
.

REF IN- Reference input is selectable when in the Video Input – None or SDI.
Select Genlock Bandwidth:
Select analog input bandwidth and genlock filter mode:
Broadcast
Setup for full bandwidth studio video signals that are relatively stable.
VTR
Setup for signals from a VTR that have horizontal to subcarrier timing
variations.
TV
Setup for off-air signals that have both noise and timing variations.
