If you have received your system with the flashlight mounted in the
Charging Cradle (Fig. 3) remove the flashlight by following these steps:
1.
Holding the Charging Cradle firmly in one hand (Fig. 4), grasp the
flashlight with the other.
2.
A firm downward pressure with the thumb on
cradle while pulling up on the barrel with the other four fingers will quickly
snap it free.
Returning the flashlight into the Charging Cradle requires the
following steps: (Fig. 5)
1.
Place the front end of the light into
the front end of Charging Cradle with a slight angle.
2.
Hold the
Charging Cradle and front of light with one hand.
3.
Apply
downward pressure on the barrel portion of the light until the
light snaps into place.
Once it is mounted to a wall or in a vehicle, you’ll find that the
technique for removing and returning the flashlight to the Charging
Cradle works with one motion.
Charging Cradle
Constructed of engineering grade thermoplastics, this Charging
Cradle unit has many features. Input can be from 12–14 volts
(automotive installations) or 120-240 volts AC, when used with a
converter for charging indoors.
Note:
All electrical components are designed for 12–14 volt DC
circuits. DO NOT USE IN 24-VOLT DC CIRCUITS. Doing so
creates excessive heat and may result in a fire or melted
components.
