Installing Lift Filter

NOTE:

Clean gasket groove (B) in filter head (A).

Apply a thin film of clean oil to filter gasket (C).

Install new gasket into groove (B) in filter head (A).

Screw new filter (D) onto the filter head until the gasket
contacts the filter.

Tighten filter (A) an additional 3/4 turn by hand.

IMPORTANT:

NOT

use a filter wrench to install oil filter.
