l) Now again push the outer tube over the flexible shaft.
► The pump outlet can be mounted in four different positions (each offset by 90°) to the bearing unit.
► Make sure that the square of the anti-twist device is correctly positioned.
► If the flange of the outer tube and the flange of the bearing unit are flush with each other, the square is
correctly mounted in one of the four possible positions.
m) Now close the locking clip again. Tighten them with hand force. A firm connection is required as pressure
builds up in the pipe during operation.

WARNING
If connections are not properly or not at all tightened:
- it can come to splashing medium.
- it can come to flying parts.
- the pump may start to move uncoordinatedly.
n) Now again mount the motor flange or the hand wheel if you had dismantled them.

WARNING
The cylinder pin can become loose and cause injury!
Never operate the pump without pre-stressed mechanical seal!
The cylinder pin must be positioned in the centre of the shaft. This is the case if the cylinder pin is partially covered
by the locking device (→ Fig. 28).
