Important safety instructions (continued)
• Young children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with
the appliance. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is
used by or near children.
• The use of accessory attachments is not recommended by the
appliance manufacturer as it may cause injury and damage the
appliance.
Safe usage
• Place the breadmaker on a flat, sturdy table or benchtop, leaving a
space of at least 5cm from the wall, cupboards or other appliances.
• Do not place the appliance on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in
a heated oven.
• Do not put flammable material on the appliance surface.
• While the bread maker is in use, do not touch hot surfaces. Use the
handles and wear oven mitts.
• Avoid contact with moving parts.
Cleaning, maintenance and storage
• Unplug the unit from the outlet when not in use and before cleaning.
• Allow the unit to cool down completely before cleaning and attaching
or taking off parts.
