The buttons
LOAF:
Press this button to select the loaf size according to your recipe.
Choose between 500g, 750g and 1kg.
COLOUR:
Press this button to select the crust colour (level of browning)
for your bread. Choose between LIGHT, MEDIUM, DARK and
RAPID browning.
MENU:
In stand-by mode, press the menu button and choose the program
you want. The programs include: basic, French, whole-wheat,
sweet, super, gluten-free, dough, pasta dough, jam, bake, cake.
TIMER:
After you made your program selection, press the up or down
buttons [ or ] to increase or decrease the delay start time in
10 minute increments.
NOTE:
Use this function to delay the start time of the cake/
bread making process. For example, to start the
program in 40 minutes, press four times. The process
will then begin in 40 minutes.
START/
Press this button to start the program or begin the timer count-
STOP:
down. To stop and cancel the set program, press and hold the
button for a few seconds, then press MENU to select a different
program.
