The LCD display 

The LCD screen displays the selections you have made for the bread/cake 
making process, including the size of your loaf, the chosen crust colour 
and the stage of the bread/cake making process.

The number displayed under MENU (1-11) corresponds to the program 
you have chosen. The 11 options, which are also listed on the lid of the 
machine include:

(1) Basic (see page 14 for specifications)

(2) French (see page 15 for specifications)

(3) Whole-wheat (see page 16 for specifications)

(4) Sweet (see page 17 for specifications for programs 4 to 11)

(5) Super (fast)

(6) Gluten-free

(7) Dough (dough making only, no baking)

(8) Pasta dough (pasta dough making only)

(9) Jam

(10) Bake (baking only, no dough making)

(11) Cake
