Troubleshooting Symptom/Possible Cause 

Service to be completed by qualified repair 

personnel only! 

 

If the controller fails to POWER up or function properly, 
use the following checklist to eliminate the most common 
causes of problems. Check for the following: 

1.  The power supply cord is securely connected to 

a grounded (earthed mains socket) functional 3-
pin outlet. 

2.  The power supply cord is securely connected 

into the 3-pin outlet on the rear of the controller 
unit. 

If the light intensity is too low, check for the following: 

1.  Verify that the lens of the UV LED head has 

been properly cleaned. Ensure Power is off. 

2.  Verify that the intensity level of the UV LED 

head is set to correct level. 

If the Controller display does not illuminate: 

1.  Verify that the Controller is plugged and in and is 

turned on.  

Error code Er-1 

 

Check position of clamp location on the head. Refer to 

Figure 5.

 

 

Check emission mode setting. 

 

Check timing mode setting. 

 

Check lens cleanliness.
