9. 

Troubleshooting 

9.1.1 

When a system error occurs the 4 digit, 7 segment 
display will flash. When head error occurs the LED 
indicator will flash. 

9.1.2 

The display will show system level error codes without 
the channel selection button having to be pressed. 

9.1.3 

The head level error codes will be displayed by 
pressing and holding the channel select button that is 
flashing. Once an error message has been shown it is 
cleared. All head error messages will be queued and 
displayed by subsequent pressing and holding of the 
channel select button that is flashing. 

9.1.4 

When an error occurs, the current active exposure will 
be terminated immediately. 

9.1.5 

On any head level error condition, the alarm PLC 
output will be activated. The alarm PLC output will be 
cleared when all messages in the error queue have 
been cleared. 

9.2 

Error Codes (System Specific) 

Err1; 

Internal hardware error.

 

 

Err2; 

Internal Communication failure. 

 

 

Err3; 

Non-Volatile Memory error. 

 

 

Err4; 

Button being pressed during power on.
