(9) Automatic calibration (EZ-Shift)
When using the EZ-Shift shuttle lever or main
clutch control switch, If the main clutch pad or
relating parts is worn out considerably, it may
cause a trouble like as gearing shock and noise
due to uncompleted disengagement of the main
clutch. At this time, calibrate the EZ-Shift
system to reset the shifting system to optimum
condition. Comply with the following instructions.
Preparation for calibration.
1) Park the tractor at a wide and even place.
2) Remove the under-cover as shown in the
right figure.

3) Sit in driver’s seat correctly.
4) Place the range gear shift lever and main
gear shift lever onto the 1st stage. And place
the EZ-Shift shuttle lever in neutral position.
5) Start engine and set engine speed at idle rpm.
Depress the clutch pedal and hold it
Connect two calibration connectors each other.
After about 5 second later, an alarming buzzer
will sound. At this time, disconnect the
calibration connector right away, and then the
calibration will start automatically.
When the forward/reverse actuator is retracted
backward fully as shown in the right figure,
approximately 12 second later after buzzer
sounds, release the clutch pedal at this time.
Wait until an alarming buzzer sounds that
inform you the end of the calibration.

inform you the end of the calibration.
Calibration will take about 2 minutes. If the
calibration is finished within 30 seconds, re-
calibrate the EZ-Shift system.
The calibration procedure can be cancelled at
any time by turning the key switch off. And the
EZ-Shift controller maintains previous values.
If the shifting time or shock is not acceptable
after calibration, re-calibrate the system or
contact your authorized dealer.
