WARRANTY CONDITIONS

The

SPACE 2000 EVO

dimension display unit is covered by a warranty for manufacturing

defects for a period of

24 (twenty four) months from the date of shipment.

The Manufacturers do not accept liability for damages due to transport, mislaying or act of
God.

Any repairs must be made at the Manufacturers’ premises. The Customer shall arrange for
the equipment to be delivered, free Manufacturers’ plant

THE TERMS OF THE WARRANTY WILL BE INVALIDATED IN THE FOLLOWING

CASES:

Without limitations, the Manufacturers are not bound to reimburse damages due to special
events, indirect or consequential damages, damages caused by unsatisfactory
performance of the product (including but not limited to loss of profit or other damages due
to loss of production).



DATA  IDENTIFYING  THE  PRODUCT
