SPACE 2000 EVO/N (T and M versions) OPERATION MANUAL

VARIABLE RESOLUTION

On the display, the instrument prompts the resolutions programmed by the Manufacturers
(these correspond to the resolutions of the lines). If the type of machining (“roughing”, for
example) can be facilitated by a “lower” resolution, the operator can decrease it by
proceeding as follows:

Each  time  the  key  is  pressed,  the  decimal  point  will  be  shifted  towards  the  lower
resolution,  and  pressing  EXE  will  confirm  the  new  value.  The  instrument  then  considers
the  remaining  Axes  (the  LED  of  the  concerned  Axis  will  flash).  Proceed  as  described  to
change or confirm the values. When switching the instrument on again, the resolution will
be returned to its original value.
