CLEANING AND STORAGE
CAUTION:
Always unplug from electrical outlet and allow to cool completely before
cleaning. Never use abrasives, scourers or steel wool to clean the surface! This may damage
the coating.

Use paper towels to wipe off any excess grease or residue left on the grilling surface.
You can also use a wooden or plastic spatula to scrape off food residues. Wipe the
surface clean with a soft, damp cloth.

Carefully remove and empty the drip tray. Wipe the extra grease with paper towels.
Wash the drip tray in warm, soapy water or in a dishwasher.
3.
Use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe the outside of the unit.
4.
Never store the unit while it is hot or still plugged in.
