10. The lid can get hot - this poses a risk of
injury. If the cooking modules are not
correctly positioned on the hob, the
handle can become hot - risk of injury.
11. If hot oil or fat ignites, switch off the
cooker before taking suitable fire-
fighting measures. Never pour cold
water into the cookware when it is still
hot.
12. Ensure that the cookware has cooled
down completely before cleaning.
13. Do NOT cool the hot glass lid with
cold water, as this can damage the lid
through temperature shock.
14. Do NOT use aerosol cooking sprays.
These sprays could stick to the
cookware and are then difficult to
remove. At the same time, they reduce
the effectiveness of the non-stick
coating.
15. Use only for short gratinating at 450°C,
no longer than 10 minutes at this
temperature.
16. Do not clean with the pyrolysis
function.
BEFORE USE
Removing the packaging material and washing
the utensils:
Please remove any transparent or blue
protective films from the components� Before
using your new cookware, it is recommended
that you wash it in hot water with a mild soap
or detergent� Rinse it off thoroughly and wipe it
dry immediately with a soft tea towel�
To seal:
Just like a professional chef seals their
professional cookware, the Livington
Copperline WonderCooker must be sealed
before being used for the first time�
1� Brush the inner of the grill pan and casserole
with a small amount of vegetable oil,
covering entirely�
2� Now place the grill pan and the casserole
side-by-side in a preheated oven at 145°C for
20 minutes�
3� Please take care and use oven gloves when
removing them from the oven�
4� Allow the pan and pot to cool completely�
5� Now remove the excess oil using kitchen roll
or a dry tea towel�
6� Your Livington Copperline WonderCooker is
now sealed and ready for use!
In order to continue to achieve excellent results
with your Livington Copperline WonderCoooker,
we recommend that you repeat the sealing
process at least twice a year� If the performance
of the non-stick coating deteriorates, you
should also repeat the sealing process�
USE OF ACCESSORIES
Use of the Copper Crisper (#2)
Place the Copper Crisper in the casserole / flat grill
pan�
NOTE: The Copper Crisper becomes hot during
and after cooking� Use oven gloves when
handling the insert�
Use of the frying basket - available seperatly
or included in the Deluxe-set (#3)
1� Squeeze the basket handle so that the side
wires are pressed together�
2� Position the handle so that it fits under
the retaining wire and through the basket
opening�
3� Loosen your grip on the handle so that it
pops open, and insert the side wires into the
holding slots�
4� The handle should now be firmly attached to
the basket�
5� The frying baskets should only ever be used
with the casserole�
NOTE: The frying baskets become hot during
and after cooking� Use oven gloves when
handling the frying baskets�
CONFIGURATIONS
NOTE: The grill pan and the WonderCooker are
heat-resistant up to 450°C (duration: approx� 10
minutes), the glass lid is oven-safe up to 250°C�
1. Double cookware (#4):
Place the flat grill pan with the steel
induction plate down on the casserole to
cook two dishes in the WonderCooker double
cookware simultaneously�
2. Flat roaster (#5)
Cover the flat grill pan with the casserole to
use the WonderCooker as a flat pan - great for
