USING SHORTCUT BUTTONS

Shortcut buttons appear on some of the newer Livescribe notebooks and other
products, such as Livescribe Sticky Notes. They are labeled with successive
numbers: 1, 2, 3, etc.

You can assign functionality to the Shortcut button, just as you can assign
functionality to double-tapping the Home button. Assign any open paper smartpen
app or Quick Command to a Shortcut Button.

1.

Double-tap on the center of a Nav Plus to go to the Main Menu.

2.

Tap down on the directional arrow of the Nav Plus to scroll through a list of

apps on the smartpen.

3.

When 

Shortcuts

 is displayed, tap right to select it.

The smartpen prompts you to assign a shortcut.

4.

Tap down to display

 Assign Shortcut 1

.

5.

Tap down again to display 

Assign Shortcut 2

, and so on.

6.

When you see the number of the shortcut you wish to set, tap right.
The smartpen prompts you for a command.

Write any Open Paper smartpen app name or write a Quick Command. For

instance, write 

calc
