Method :
1. Mix besan, red chilli powder, turmeric powder & salt. Add water to make batter out of it.
2. Spread out arbi ke patte & spread a layer of besan batter on them. Roll them & tie with a thread.
3. In steam chef, add water to the steam water bowl. Keep aluvadi on steam plate. Cover. Select menu & weight & press start.
4. Allow to stand for 5 minutes.
5. Take out & cut into small slices & serve.

Method :
1. Mix rice flour with water to prepare a dough. Roll out the dough. Place the filling of chana dal, red chilli power & salt in the centre
& fold it like gujia.
2. In steam chef, add water to the steam water bowl. Place the faras on the steam plate. Cover. Select menu & weight & press start.
3. Allow to stand for 5 minutes.
