Paper system error A paper system error control failure
was detected. Technical Support Center:
Clear the paper path from any jams.
Unplug the printer from the electrical
outlet, wait for 10 seconds, and then
plug the printer back in. If the problem
remains, then replace the printer.

Printhead memory error Firmware is unable to read the
printhead’s memory. Technical Support Center:
Check the printhead for proper
installation. If properly installed, then
replace the printhead.

Flash programming error Could not program flash. Technical Support Center:
The printer will auto reset. If the
problem remains, then replace the
printer.

Replace the printer.
Mode select An invalid print mode was selected in
the print command. Technical Support Center:
Resend the print job. If the problem
remains, then reinstall the printer
driver.
Service:
Resend the print job. If the problem
