Technical Support Center:
Check if media is present. If present,
check if media is supported by the
printer. Unplug the printer from the
electrical outlet, wait for 10 seconds,
and then plug the printer back in. If the
problem remains, then replace the
printer.
Service:
Perform a sensor test. Go to “Sensor
Tests” on page 3-11 . If the problem
remains, replace the tray empty
sensor. See
“Tray empty sensor
removal” on page 4-15 .
Unrecoverable scan error
Unrecoverable Scan Error
The Printer must reboot to
recover.
Technical Support Center:
Unplug the printer from the electrical
outlet, wait for 10 seconds, and then
plug the printer back in. If the problem
remains, then replace the printer.
Service:
Go to “CIS module assembly
service checks” on page 2-14 .

NVRAM R/W An error was detected in reading or
writing NVRAM. Technical Support Center:
Unplug the printer from the electrical
