Paper exit sensor removal
1.
Remove the following:
a.
Left side cover. See “Left side cover removal” on page 4-23 .
b.
Right side cover. See “Right side cover removal” on page 4-25 .
c.
System board shield. See “System board shield removal” on page 4-28 .
d.
Scanner unit. See “Scanner unit removal” on page 4-30 .
e.
Midframe cover and control panel. See “Midframe cover and control panel removal” on
page 4-38 .
Note: Do not detach the control panel from the midframe cover.
2.
Disconnect the cable (A), and remove the screws (B) to detach the paper exit sensor.
Installation note:
Make sure that the cable (C) is secure and does not block the paper exit sensor flag.
