Query status of the digital output
Note:
This request requires the privilege of viewer.

Syntax:
http://<servername>/cgi-bin/dido/getdo.cgi?[do0][&do1][&do2][&do3]
If no parameter is specified, all the status of digital output will be returned.

If the user requests the size larger than all stream setting on the server, this request will failed!
