6.4 - MONTAGEM APÓS VERIFICAÇÃO

6.4.1 - Montagem das chumaceiras
- Instalar a junta tórica (349) ("o" ring), e a anilha ondula-
da (79) na sede da chumaceira (36).
- Posicionar sobre o estator (1) as chumaceiras (30) e (36).
- Apertar os parafusos (31) e (37).
- Religar todos os fios do indutor, bobinagens auxiliares,
estator...
- Montar os 2 parafusos de suporte (122).
- Colocar na sua posição a grelha de entrada de ar (51).
- Montagem da cobertura.

6.4.2 - Montagem do conjunto do rotor (4)
Para a máquina com uma chumaceira :
- Montar o rotor (4) no estator (1).
- Verificar se no conjunto da máquina a montagem foi
bem efectuada nomeadamente se os diversos parafusos
de fixação estão apertados.
Para a máquina com duas chumaceiras :
- Montar o rotor (4) no estator (1).
- Posicionar (1) a chumaceira (30), sobre o estator.
- Apertar os parafusos (31) a 10,4 m.daN.
- Montar a coroa circular interior (68) com os parafusos (62).
- Montar a anilha de freio (284).
- Verificar se no conjunto da máquina a montagem foi
bem efectuada nomeadamente se os diversos parafusos
de fixação estão apertados.

NOTA: Se for efectuada uma desmontagem total (rebo-
binagem) não esquecer de reequilibrar o rotor.

7 - NOMENCLATURA

6.4 - REASSEMBLING ALTERNATOR

6.4.1 - End shield reassembling
- Place rubber "O" ring (349) and wave washer (79) into
the recess of the bearing housing (36).
- Mount the non drive end bracket (36) and drive end
bracket (30) on the stator (1)
- Tighten screw (31) and (37).
- Connect the winding terminals of the stator, the auxilia-
ry winding and the exciter wires.
- Mount the 2 screws of support (122)
- Install the air inlet screen (51)
- Position terminal box cover

6.4.2 - Rotor reassembling
Single bearing
- Slide rotor (4) into the stator and verify that the various
nuts and bolts are correctly tightened
Two bearing machine
- Slide rotor (4) into the stator (1)
- Mount the drive end bracket (30) on the stator (1)
- Torque to 10,4 m.daN the screw (31)
- Secure the inner bearing cap (68) with screws (62)
- Mount circlips (284)
- Verify that the various nuts and bolts are correctly tigh-
tened

Note : If the rotor has been rewound, it must be
rebalanced.
