Adjusting the Transmitted Light brightness using the Touch

The setting can be made in coarse and fine steps in a

range from 0 to 255. Pressing the middle key, which also
displays the current value, switches between coarse and
fine adjustment.

The intensity is individually adjusted and stored for each
objective and contrast method.

5.2.2 Fluorescence
