WARNING: The cleaning of the glass should only
be carried out on a cold appliance to avoid explosion.
For HYDRO EQUIPMENT ONLY, you also have to clean
the turbolift on average 2/3 times a week:
With a horizontal movement,
move the 2 turbolift levers to
clean the tube bundle.
The two central baffles must
however be cleaned manually using
a brush. With this simple gesture,
the efficiency of your pellet heat
exchanger will remain optimal.
MONTHLY CLEANING OF THE TANK
The pellet tank must be emptied and cleaned every month. Saw
residues may form any plugs in the screw and lock the load system.
WARNING: Failure to do so may result in the
termination of the warranty and the liability of the
manufacturer.
Clean MONTHLY AIR UNIT (depending on the type of
installation, the quantity and quality of pellets burned).
You may need additional cleaning following the instructions below:
Warning: handle the vermiculite panels with care, they are fragile
and not covered by warranty.
1) Fire pot: take it completely out
and empty ash in a metal box and
wait at least 48 hours before you
throw them, to prevent fires.
2) Remove the superior deflector
and the 3-steady vermiculite: lift
them up and remove. Remove the
two side panels in vermiculite and
finally the rear panel in
vermiculite.
3) Use an inhale-ash in order to
eliminate
all
accumulated
particles of pellet and ash in all
the combustion chamber
CLEANING UPPER DEFLECTORS
Each unit can have fume deflectors (vermiculite) positioned in the
upper part of the combustion chamber. These deflectors must be
removed and cleaned regularly (every 15 to 30 days) by dropping all
the soot accumulated on them.For Corner models and 3 glasses
reposition the baffle plates as follows:

WARNING: the annual cleaning is obligatory for the
maintenance and for correct working of device and
must be effected by an expert maintenance and
authorized by the company. It must be cleaned laps
fumes and smoke extractor area as well as examined
the status of all mechanical and electronic components.
The qualified technician must issue you with a "Control
and maintenance report" which is valid for the
guarantee of the appliance and for your home
insurance.
Chimney cleaning:
it is compulsory a professional chimney sweeper brushing the
smokestack once a year, or at least every 1000 kg of pellet.
Always check the stove being perfectly working and all gaskets not
being worn. All smokestack connections must tight and the whole
mechanic not being damaged
Seals:
The seals guarantee the hermetically tightness of the stove and the
consequent smooth operation of the stove. Checks should be
periodically checked: if it is worn or damaged, it is mandatory to
replace them. These operations must be performed by an authorized
technician. Seals are considered wear elements and are not covered
by the warranty.
WARNING: Verify every 2 years if the electronic
card buffer battery has to be replaced.
Out of service (end of season)
At the end of each season, before switching off the appliance, it is
advisable to completely empty the pellet tank, vacuuming up any
residual pellets and dust inside it. It is also advised to disconnect the
generator from the mains and, for greater safety especially in the
presence of children, remove the power supply cable.
