2.- To save to any memory available, follow the steps below:
1.- Push the DIY button once and the DIY1 memory will start blinking on the display.
2 - Hold the DIY button down for 5 seconds until the display shows “STEP:01”.
3 - Now, select the time, operating temperature and speed for the first step.
4 - Push DIY to confirm and the LCD display will show “STEP:02”.
Now, you can enter the setting for the second step in your recipe.
5 - Repeat this process for up to 10 steps.
6 - You cannot go from one step to the next if the time is 00:00:00.
7 - Hold the DIY button down for 5 seconds to save all the settings
3.- After the settings have been saved, just push the “DIY“ button, select the saved memory and
push the “ON/START/PAUSE/OFF” to activate it.
4.- During operation, the machine will beep for 10 seconds at the end of each STEP. Push the
“ON/START/PAUSE/OFF” button to pause the process if you need to add more ingredients or
manipulate the ingredients for the next step. Otherwise, after 10 seconds the machine will go
to the next STEP automatically, following the sequence programmed in memory.
5.- The maximum time allowed for each step is 1 hour.
TIME Button (6)
1.- The LCD display shows 00:00:00 (hours - minutes - seconds).
2.- Push the “TIME” button and the numbers for minutes will start blinking. Use the multifunction
REGULATOR to set the minutes
3.- Push the “TIME” button again and the seconds numbers will start blinking.
Push the multifunction REGULATOR to set the seconds from 0 - 59.
4.- Push the “TIME” button a third time and the hours numbers will start blinking.
Use the multifunction REGULATOR to set the hours from 1 -12.
SPEED Button (7)
1.- Push the “SPEED” button to set the blade rotation speed
2.- There are 10 speed levels (60 - 10,000 rpm)
3.- The speed can be set before or during any function. If the temperature inside the work bowl is
higher than 60º C, for safety reasons the speed can only be set to level 1 to 4.
4.- If the speed is changed from level 5 to 6 or 6 to 5 the machine will make a sound indicating
the gear box shifting.
a.- From levels 1 -5, the motor rotates at a slower speed but with a lot of force. It is
specially designed for recipes like dough and bread or to chop hard or dense
food etc.
b.- From levels 6 -10 the motor spins at a high speed, which is perfect for making juice,
cocktails or similar.
TEMPERATURE Button (8)
1.- Push the “TEMPERATURE” button and adjust the temperature from 37 - 120º C using the
multifunction REGULATOR.
