CLEANING AND MANTENANCE
1.- Clean the pan with hot water nd any good commercial washing-up liquid and dry throughly.
If after the first boiling, white flecks should form on the bottom of the cooker, these are
caused by extreme hardness of the water. These flecks can easily be removed either with
vinegar or descaler.
2.- On no account should you use abrasive cleaners or wire wool for cleaning.
This also applies for cleaning the stainless steel exterior.
3.- The cooker - without its lid - can also be cleaned in the dishwasher. The lid should always be
cleaned by hand.
4.- It is recommended the change silicone along every 1 to 2 years.
Cleaning and replacing the sealing ring
Clean the sealing ring, rinse it under hot running water and dry it.
As soon as the sealing ring becomes hard and turns a brownish colour, it
should be replaced.
Security valve cleaning
This operation is extremely delicate. Make sure you do it properly, for if
the cooker is badly assembled, it may cause personal or material harm.
