Iniziare la lavorazione inserendo i pezzi
di carne all’interno della tramoggia.

Con una mano si conducono verso il foro
di entrata e con l’altra, munita di
Pressacarne (n° 1 dis. G), si comprimono
verso il basso.

La carne macinata uscirà dalla bocca
anteriore cadendo nella vasca di raccol-
ta.

Nel caso si volesse lavorare carne maci-
nata o di piccola pezzatura usare il
pressacarne a base quadrata (n°2 dis.
G).

Usare sempre unicamente i

Pressacarne in dotazione.

Il pulsante di retromarcia ad azionamento
mantenuto (n° 8 dis. H pag. 35) ha la fun-
zione di far ruotare il motore, e quindi il
Coltello, in senso opposto a quello con-
sueto di lavorazione. Viene usato se la
lavorazione dei pezzi di carne non è con-
tinua per la presenza di corpi estranei
quali ossi o altro che ne ostruiscono
l'avanzamento.
Tenere premuto il pulsante alcuni
secondi e rilasciare.
Se la lavorazione continua a non avveni-
re in modo corretto, spegnere la macchi-
na e togliere completamente il prodotto
rimasto all’interno.
Agire come per la pulizia. (Vedere a pagi-
na 40).

Spegnere il motore a fine lavorazio-
ne premendo il tasto rosso a fungo
(C dis. F).

Ricordiamo che il tasto rosso

funge anche da Pulsante di
Emergenza. Premere senza indugio
in presenza di situazioni di pericolo
o funzionamento anomalo.

Per ragioni di sicurezza non

usare piastre esterne con fori di
diametro

pulizia attenersi alle istruzioni
indicate nel  capito “Pulizia e
Manutenzione” a pag. 39

Start working by putting pieces of meat
inside the feedpan.

With one hand guide them towards the
input hole and with the other press them
downwards using the meat pusher (No.
1 drwg G).

Minced meat will come out of the front
head and fall on the receiving pan..

If you need to mince small pieces of meat
or meat that has already been minced,
use the square meat presser  (No. 2 drwg
G).

Only use the Meat pusher

supplied with the machine.

The unstable button, that you have to
keep pressed, (No. 8 drwg H page 35)
will make the motor, and thus the knife,
rotate in a direction opposite the one of
normal working. This feature is used if
meat pieces are not flowing smoothly
because of the presence of foreign
bodies, such as bones or similar, that
prevent meat from advancing.
Keep the button pressed for a few
seconds, then release it.
If the mincer does not work correctly, turn
the machine off and remove the product
inside completely. Proceed as with
cleaning  (See page 40).

After use, turn the motor off by
pressing the red mushroom-head
button (C drwg F).

Press this button promptly in

case of dangerous situations or
anomalous running of the machine.

For safety reasons never use

outer plates with holes of a diameter

" Cleaning and Maintenance " page
39.

Commencer la production en introduisant
des morceaux de viande à l’intérieur de la
trémie.

Les accompagner à l’aide d’une main vers
la goulotte d’alimentation et, de l’autre main,
munie du Pilone (n° 1 des. G),  les presser
vers le bas.

La viande hachée sortira du corps antérieur
et tombera dans le bac de récupération.
Pour le hachage de petits morceaux de
viande, utiliser le pilon a base carrée (n°2
des. G).

Utiliser uniquement le Pilon

fourni avec la machine.

Le bouton instable (n° 8 des. H page 35) a
pour fonction de faire tourner le moteur et,
par conséquent, le couteau, dans le sens
opposé au sens habituel de
fonctionnement.
Maintenir le bouton enfoncé pendant
quelques secondes puis le relâcher.
Si le fonctionnement continue de façon
incorrecte, éteindre la machine et enlever
complètement le produit présent à l’intérieur.
Suivre la procédure indiquée pour le
nettoyage  (Voir page 40).

Eteindre le moteur en fin d’utilisation
au moyen du bouton coup-de-poing
rouge (C des. F).

Appuyer sans tarder en

présences de situations de danger
ou de fonctionnement anormal.

Pour des raisons de securité ne

pas utiliser des plaques avec des
trous ayant diamètre

 8 mm. ou des

trous ovales.

Pour toutes les opérations de

nettoyage, suivre les instructions du
chapitre «Nettoyage et entretien»
page 39.
