OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Please read these operating instructions
carefully, particularly the “Safety Information”,
before using the hair clipper. This will protect
you from potential harm and will prevent the
clipper from being damaged through incorrect
use. Please keep these operating instructions
for later reference. Please don’t forget when
passing the appliance on to others to also hand
on these operating instructions.
Intended use
The KYONE hair clipper may only be used to cut
human hair, beards and eyebrows in profes-
sional use.
Taking into use and charging the battery
The hair clipper’s battery is not fully charged at
purchase. You should therefore charge it fully
before using it for the first time.
• Make sure that the mains voltage corresponds
to the voltage indicated on the rating plate.
• Connect the mains adapter to the mains and
insert the plug into the charging station (the
charging station must be standing on a level
surface) and then the appliance into the char-
ging station or directly into the hair clipper.
• A full battery charge will take around 180
minutes.
• Charging a battery that has not been
completely discharged will have no effect on
your hair clipper’s performance. You may still,
however, increase the battery’s lifespan by
occasionally entirely discharging the clipper
until it stops working and then recharging it
(180 minutes).
Use
• The hair clipper is operated and turned on and
off using the on / off switch. The lamp will turn
GREEN when the clipper is switched on.
• Comb attachments may be fitted to the cutter
head for different cutting lengths. Sizes 3 mm,
6 mm, 9 mm and 12 mm have been included
with the hair clipper. Furthermore, the cutting
head can be adjusted to length: 0,8-2,0 mm.
Cleaning and maintenance
The hair clipper should be regularly cleaned and
oiled (preferably daily) to maintain its optimum
cutting performance:
