(2-4) Toner control level absolute humidity correction

The results of toner density detection vary with the temperature and humidity due to their influence on the toner sensor
output characteristic. Therefore, the toner control level is corrected based on the absolute humidity level detected by the
humidity sensor PCB (HUMPCB).
