3.5 Inbetriebnahme und Bedienung des Hydraulik-Lift-System /
Start up and Operation of the Hydraulic-Lift-System
Vor der Inbetriebnahme ist eine Optische Sichtprüfung aller Hydraulikleitungen und der
Spannungsversorgungsleitungen zu empfehlen.
Nach abgeschlossener Sichtprüfung sind folgende Schritte einzuhalten.
1.
Fahrzeug auf die Räder stellen.
2. Radfreigängigkeit überprüfen. Nach erfolgtem Einbau des Fahrwerkes ist die Freigängigkeit
der Bereifung zum VA- und HA-Federbein zu überprüfen. Das Mindestabstandsmaß darf an
der engsten Stelle 5 mm nicht unterschreiten und ist gegebenenfalls mittels handelsüblicher,
TÜV geprüfter Distanzscheiben wieder herzustellen.
3.
Abdichtstopfen aus dem HLS Hydraulikölbehälter gegen den mitgelieferten Ölmessstab tauschen.
4.
Ölstand mittels Ölmessstab überprüfen. Der Wert darf über dem Wert „MAX“ liegen.
5.
Mitgelieferte 40A Sicherung einsetzen.
6.
Taster der Fernbedienung oder den Innenraumtaster betätigen
(Hörbares Geräusch der Hydraulikpumpe) => Fahrzeug erhebt sich
7.
Fahrzeug durch erneutes betätigen des Taster der Fernbedienung absenken .
8.
Fahrzeug mindestens 10x anheben und absenken. Durch diesen Vorgang entlüftet sich das Hyd-
rauliksystem automatisch. Anschließend ist der Ölstand zu überprüfen und ggf. bis zur oberen Mar-
kierung des Ölmessstabs aufzufüllen. Es ist darauf zu achten, dass keine Fremdteile wie Späne oder
sonstige Verschmutzungen in den Ölbehälter gelangen.
9.
Fahrzeug auf einer geeigneten Hebebühne anheben (Position des HLS ist nicht relevant).
WICHTIG: Das Hydraulik-Lift-System darf nur betätigt werden, wenn sich das Fahrzeug auf
den Rädern befindet. Ein betätigen des Systems z.B. auf einer Hebebühne (ausgefederter Zu-
stand) kann zu einem defekt der Ringzylinder führen.
10.
Erneute Sichtprüfung aller Verschraubungen auf Dichtheit. Auf keinen Fall darf das Hydraulik-
Lift-System betätigt werden.
11.
Nach erfolgreicher Überprüfung Fahrzeug auf die Räder stellen.
We recommend a optical inspection of all hydraulic lines and the power supply system lines before
installing. After a complete optical inspection make sure you hold on to the following steps:
1. Position the vehicle on the wheels.
2. Check the clearance. After you have completed installation of the suspension, check the
clearance of the tyres to the front suspension strut. The minimum clearance at the narrowest
point is 5 mm and must, where necessary, be provided using commercially available, Techni-
cal Inspectorate (German TUEV) approved spacers.
3. Change the sealing plug out of the HLS hydraulic oil container against the supplied oil dip stick.
4. Check the oil level with the supplied dip stick. Oil level over the “MAX” mark is correct.
5. Insert the supplied 40A fuse.
6. Use button on remote control or on the interior room button. (you can hear a noise from the hy-
draulic pump) => vehicle lifts.
7. Lower the vehicle with pressing the button on the remote control again.
8. Lift and lower the car at least 10 times. With this process the air will be displaced out of the hy-
draulic circulation. Check the oil level and fill up the oil to the upper marking of the oil dip stick. Make
sure, no foreign particles such as shavings or any kind of other dirt gets into the oil container.
9. Lift the vehicle on a suitable hoisting platform (Position of the HLS is not relevant).
IMPORTANT ADVICE:
The Hydraulic-Lift-System may only be used, when the vehicle is standing on all wheels. If
you use the system for example on a hoisting platform (extended condition) may cause a de-
fect of the ring cylinder.
10. Another visual inspection of all compression couplings and tightness. The Hydraulic-Lift-System
may not be used in this condition!
11. Lower the hoist and remove the vehicle
