Cutterbar
Cutterbar a
• Check that the cutterbar is
horizontal in the direction
shown using a spirit level or
similar tool.
• Check the oil level as shown
and refill if necessary.
• Min. 6 mm (1/4’’)
• Max. 9 mm (3/8’’)
• Bring the cutterbar in transport
position.
• Locate the drain plug in the
hole of the skid under the
gearbox and remove it.
• Let the oil flow into a suitable
container.
• Allow the last of the oil to drip
out of the cutterbar for approx.
10 - 15 minutes.
• Fit the drain plug into the
cutterbar and tighten it fully.

• Lower the machine back down to
the working position.
• Adjust the cutterbar in such a
way that it’s horizontal in all
directions.
• Remove the filling plug; and fill
the cutterbar as described before
• Oil contents;.
