Grass can be mown upwards on
a slope, where the tractor is
running on a horizontal plane and
the cutterbar is running upwards
on a slope, in the following way:
•
Remove the indicated plate.
• Pull in the nylon string and
release the lock catch.
• Activate the tractor's hydraulic
system and tilt the cutterbar
up with the hydraulic cylinder.
• Release the nylon string.
• Raise the cutterbar and let the
lock slide down to the notch. .
• Activate the tractor's hydraulic
system and raise the cutting
unit with the lifting cylinder.
Grass can be mown downwards
on a slope in the following way:
•
Activate the tractor's hydraulic
system and tilt the cutterbar
down with the hydraulic
cylinder. The cutterbar can be
tilted up to 35º from
horizontal.
• When hitting an obstacle, the
machine swings backwards
pulling on the spring what
makes the unit lighter so it
goes easier over an obstacle.
• As soon as it passed the
obstacle the suspension
spring will pull the unit back in
working position again.
