• An attempt was made to
set a core temperature
without the roasting
thermometer having been
inserted.
• Insert the roasting thermometer (see page
32).
Possible cause
Remedy
• For safety reasons, water
in the steam generator is
only pumped off once its
temperature has dropped
to below 70 °C.
• If there is still sufficient cold water in the water
tank, it is automatically pumped into the steam
generator, thus cooling it down.
• If there is no longer sufficient cold water in the
water tank, the independent process of
cooling down of the steam generator must be
waited for (this can take up to 30 minutes).
Continued operation can be carried out
without any difficulty.

Remedy
• The appliance should be
decalcified.
• Decalcify the appliance (see page 49).
