Regenerating
Press the
button twice.
The clear text display indicates “Regenerating“.
In the case of “Regenerating” the oven is heated with steam and hot air. This
enables the food to be heated evenly and quickly without it drying out.
The operating mode “Regenerating” is suitable for reheating food cooked in
advance or for reheating leftovers. Regenerating can also be used to cook or heat
up partially ready-cooked or ready-cooked dishes, and deep-frozen products. The
required quantity is portioned onto a plate (not plastic) and does not need to be
covered. In the case of a single portion, insert the roasting grid at any level and
put the plate onto it. Up to four portions can be regenerated at any one time. In
order to do so, use the various levels as indicated below.
