You would like to bake a loaf of bread. The table of settings (compare chapter
"Instructions for use, setting tables" beginning on page 36) states:
In the case of the mode “Baking like professionals”, the bread is baked in the oven
without pre-heating. The bread, on a baking tray, is put into the oven at level 1
and is baked automatically in two phases: a steam phase followed by a hot-air
phase. This method of baking bread means that the period of the second rising
phase, subsequent to forming the loaf, is greatly reduced. Normally the bread
dough only needs to rest for approx. 5 to 10 minutes.
Filling the water tank
• Remove the water tank from the appliance and fill it up to the marking
“MAX 1.25l” with cold water taken fresh from the tap.
• Insert the water tank into the appliance until it locks. In order to do so, slight
resistance must be overcome.

wine or anything similar. De-mineralised water or distilled
