Mower conditioner

10.4.3 Belt tension

Never replace belts individually. When a belt is
damaged, always replace the whole set.

- Regularly check belt tension and in particular

during the first hours of use:
• Tighten belt tensioning bolt using box spanner

until the spring is completely compressed.

Slack belts slip which can reduce the crop
ejection quality and cause conditioning rotor
clogging.
