On EL 92 model 180, Kit No. 120 9240 (photo 36) should be mounted as follows :
- Attach warning board holder (A) to lug (P) (photo 34) with 2 hexagon bolts (H) (M12 x 18) (photo 35). Torque to
10 daNm / 75 ft.lbs.
- Attach the warning board (D) to its holder (A) using 3 bolts (T) (M10 x 20) (photo 35). Ensure that the red and white
stripes are facing in the right direction (the upper left hand corner should be red). Torque to 6 daNm / 45 ft.lbs.
- Fix light (F) to warning board (D) (photo 35).
- Then install the wiring harness using photo 34 as a guide. Hold in place with clamp collars and self adhesive
supports (O) (photo 34).
NOTE : A 7 pin socket is required at the rear of the tractor in order to operate these signalling elements.
