The EL 92 may be equipped with the following working depth control equipment :
- either a pair of skids + parking stand,
- or a pair of wheels.
Furthermore the EL 92 models 205 - 230 can be equipped with a roller.
1. ADJUSTABLE SKIDS + PARKING STAND (photos 18, 19 and 20)
Kit no. 120 6990
This equipment includes : - 1 left skid (A) adjustable in height,
- 1 right skid,
- 4 hexagonal screws (C and E) (M16 x 35),
- 4 self-locking nuts (M16),
- 1 parking stand support (G) and its mounting hardware (H),
- 1 parking stand (F),
- 1 lock pin (P)
- 1 hexagonal screw (I) (M10 x 25),
- 1 self-locking nut (M10).
To install this equipment, proceed as follows :
- Remove original protection skid (K) by unscrewing 2 bolts (M) (photo 18),
- Fit skids (A and B) to the front of the machine using screws (C) and 2 self-locking nuts (M16) (torque : 21 daNm/
155 ft.lbs) and the other side to the rear of the machine using the multi-hole plates (D), screws (E) and 2 self-locking
nuts (M16) (torque : 21 daNm/ 155 ft.lbs.) (photo 19).
The skids are adjustable in height thanks to the multi-hole plate (D) (photo 19).
- Fit parking stand support (G) on the front cross-
tube (L) using hexagonal screw (H) (M 12 x 100) and
a self-locking nut (M 12) (torque : 8.5 daNm / 63
ft.lbs) (photo 20).
The parking stand (F) ensures the machine’s stability
when detached.
At work, the parking stand (F) must be locked in raised
position.
A pin (P) is used to lock the parking stand (F) in lowered
(photo 20) or raised position.
Install the hexagonal screw (
I ) (M10 x 25) and the self-
locking nut (M10) (torque to 4.9 daNm / 36 ft.lbs)
(photo 20).
