Problem Cause Remedy
Lack of power in the hook Hydraulic problem
Make sure the hydraulic connection
between the tractor and the machine
is correct (pressure and return).
Check the hydraulic pressure
190 bar, and the pump output 35
l/min.
The return pressure must be a
maximum of 8 bar at the tractor's set
engine speed.
The hydraulic functions do not
work
Problem with hydraulics or
electrical connections or general
use.
Check that the hoses are correctly
connected to the tractor distributor
(check that the valves open properly:
dirt can prevent correct functioning).
Check that the voltage supplied by the
battery is over 11 volts.
Check that the original tractor
distributor is in the continuous
pumping position (except for the
hydraulic system).
Check that the control box switch is in
position 1 or 2.
Check if the electrical power cable of
the control box is connected.
Check that the supply from the battery
reaches the socket.
Check the polarity of the socket.
The conveyor does not move
forward
Problem with hydraulics or
electrical connections or general
use
Check that the beater bar is
completely engaged, and if you have
electrical controls, that the indicator
light is on.
Open the left side bonnet and check
that the conveyor draw roller cylinder
rod is completely in.
Check that the circuit break sensor on
the beater bar clutch is active.
Make sure that the conveyor
potentiometer is not set to 0.
