Meat
This program is designed for cooking red meat. It does not include automatic
stirring action, but you can select manual stirring, if desired. Just ensure the
stirring paddle is properly fitted before adding ingredients.
On the default setting the meat will be cooked at 120˚C for 45 minutes, but both
temperature and cooking time are adjustable to your needs.
At the end of the cooking time, the multi-cooker will automatically
enter
warm-keeping mode.
For best results:
• Close the lid and preheat the appliance for 2–3 minutes
on the
Meat
setting
.
Add a little oil or cooking fat into the preheated pot and let it heat up before
adding the meat for roasting.
• Sear the meat on all sides without the lid, then add a little liquid, close the
lid and keep it closed during cooking.
Poultry
This program is designed for cooking poultry and other white meats. It does
not include automatic stirring action, but you can select manual stirring,
if desired. Just ensure the stirring paddle is properly fitted before adding
ingredients.
The default cooking time is 50 minutes, but you can adjust this if your type or
quantity of meat requires more or less time. Always ensure that thicker cuts
are thoroughly cooked through before serving.
At the end of the cooking time, the multi-cooker will automatically
enter
warm-keeping mode.

setting
