PERIODIC SERVICE

Checking Spark Plug

Every 100 hours of operation

check the spark plug

condition and gap. Annually replace the spark plug.

1. Remove the spark plug wire from spark plug.
2. Use a spark plug wrench to remove plug.

This engine is equipped with resistor-type spark plug.

3. Inspect spark plug for cracked porcelain, pitted

electrodes, or other wear and damage. Replace spark
plug if necessary.
