Fix the springs in the shift rails with grease.

are seated correctly.

Warm up the crankshaft bearing of the left section of the engine case.
Guideline

60 °C (140 °F)

Mount the left section of the engine case. Strike lightly with a rubber mallet if nec-
essary.

Do not tighten the engine case sections using the screws.

Mount screws



and tighten them after all screws of the left engine case section

are mounted.
