8.4 Changing the fluid nozzle and the air nozzle
Removing the nozzles
1. Clean automatic spray gun (

2. Dismantle circlip ( Fig. 6/4) using suitable tools.
3. Loosen cap nut ( Fig. 6/3).
4. Remove the air nozzle ( Fig. 6/2).
5. Unscrew the fluid nozzle ( Fig. 6/1) with a fork wrench.
Always replace the fluid nozzle and fluid needle at the same time ( Ä Chapter 8.5
‘Changing the fluid needle’ on page 30).
Attaching the nozzles
1. Tighten the fluid nozzle ( Fig. 6/1) with a fork wrench.
2. Attach air nozzle ( Fig. 6/2) and tighten it with the cap nut ( Fig. 6/3).
3. Insert circlip ( Fig. 6/4) using suitable tools.
