Mate the appropriate test connectors to either end of the spliced cable.

Note

SubConn cable connectors must be greased before mating (grease at least 1/10 of
the socket depth on the female connector).

For Seacon connectors, make sure that the o-ring is not missing. Line up the pins
and tighten the locking sleeve.

Detach the wiremap adapter from the cable tester.

Plug one of the RJ45 connectors (A) on a test connector (B) into the RJ45 socket
on the wiremap adapter.

Note

It doesn’t matter which cable end you connect to the wiremap adapter.
