Using the soldering iron, solder the appropriate wires together.

Tip

Use the damp sponge to wipe off excess solder. A vice, clamp, or tweezers helps to
hold the wires in place.

Move the heat-shrink tubes over to the middle of each join.

Use the hot-air gun to shrink the tubing.

Use a cable tester to make sure the electrical connections in the cable are good.
