NOTICE
• Do not accelerate the engine abruptly until it is warmed up.
• Do not run the engine at low idle or high idle with no load for 20 minutes or more. This will have an
adverse effect on the environment and also on the internal structure of the engine. If it is necessary
to run the engine at idle for 20 minutes or more, apply a load from time to time or run at a medium
speed.
• Operate the AJSS lever and stop it at certain stroke. Check that the machine has turned by the an-
gle corresponding to the operated stroke of the AJSS lever.
After the engine starts, do not start operating the machine im-
mediately. First, perform the following operations and checks.
1.
Depress accelerator pedal (1) lightly and run the engine at
a medium speed for approximately 5 minutes with no load.
2.
In a cold weather, perform the warm up operation of the
hydraulic component after warming up the engine.
Check that the engine rotation is smooth, then operate the
following warm up operation of the hydraulic component.
1) Press (a) of work equipment lock switch (2) and un-
lock the work equipment.
Make the work equipment lock pilot lamp on machine
monitor (3) go out.
2) Operate bucket control lever (4) and boom control lev-
er (5) for 30 seconds each alternately for 5 minutes,
and warm up the hydraulic components.
The hydraulic oil gets warmer in a shorter time.
3) Press (a) of work equipment lock switch (2) and lock
the work equipment.
Make the work equipment lock pilot lamp on machine
monitor (3) light up.
